Experienced CNAs who are prepared to transition legally and successfully into LVN licensing without unnecessary prerequisites or traditional school schedules are the target audience for our CNA to LVN Shift Program (California Method 3). Due to this method being based on equivalency of patient care experience and education.

We coach, working CNAs, drop out nursing students, healthcare medics and adult learners in utilizing their prior experience, education, and skills to meet eligibility requirements under state-approved paths. We walk you through every step of the Method 2,3 and 4 Transition to LVN licensure procedure, from document preparation to state applications.
